Job Title: Mechanical Technician – Motor Vehicle Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician – Motor Vehicle to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain motor vehicles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automotive mechanical systems and be capable of ensuring vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of motor vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Inspect engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and other vehicle systems.
- Replace or repair defective parts and components.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
- Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper performance.
- Keep the workshop clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Motor Vehicle), Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in automotive repair is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in motor vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Freshers with relevant technical training may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle faults.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems in vehicles.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- As per company standards and candidate experience.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in servicing petrol, diesel, CNG, or commercial vehicles will be given preference. Knowledge of CNG kit installation and maintenance is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
