Role Overview
We’re looking for a Site Engineer with 0-3years of experience to manage and supervise on-site execution. This role requires someone who can independently handle site coordination, ensure quality control, and keep work aligned with drawings and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily construction activities at site
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth workflow
Monitor material usage and site resource management
Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation
Conduct quantity checks and verify measurements
Identify execution issues and take timely corrective action
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
2–3 years of relevant site experience
Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution processes
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle site responsibilities with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
