JOB PURPOSE
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in IB Diploma Programme (DP) English Language & Literature and/or English Literature for Grades 11 and 12, ensuring outstanding academic outcomes while fostering inquiry, critical thinking, communication, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for literature aligned with the IB philosophy.
- Plan, deliver, assess, and continuously enhance learning experiences that develop students' analytical, interpretative, research, writing, and communication skills while maintaining compliance with IB Standards and Practices.
- Contribute to the wider academic life of the school through pastoral care, curriculum development, collaborative planning, professional learning, and active participation in co-curricular programmes and whole-school initiatives.
