Position: HR Executive – Generalist & Operations (NGO)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage the end-to-end HR, administration, and operational activities for RSD Ramsumarni Devi Charitable Trust. The incumbent will act as a single point of contact for all employee lifecycle processes, operational coordination, documentation, and day-to-day administrative requirements of the Trust while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate manpower planning and hiring requirements for the Trust.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database management.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Assist in performance management, appraisal processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and support employee relations activities.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
Administration & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Trust.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth functioning.
- Maintain records, trackers, reports, and MIS related to Trust operations.
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement activities, and service requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office assets, inventories, and administrative records.
- Monitor operational timelines and support event and program execution.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation related to Trust activities, projects, beneficiaries, and employees.
- Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all organizational records.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary HR and administrative point of contact for the Trust.
- Liaise with management, employees, vendors, and external agencies.
- Support the implementation of social initiatives, community programs, and Trust-related events.
- Ensure timely communication and execution of organizational requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist and administrative functions.
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in the NGO or social sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
