About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA initiatives and ensure delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing, automation, team leadership, and managing end-to-end QA processes.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage QA Analysts and Senior QA team members
- Drive team performance and implement QA best practices
- Conduct training and support career development initiatives
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Define and implement QA standards and testing strategies
- Oversee Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and End-to-End testing
- Manage manual and automation testing efforts
- Perform defect root cause analysis and ensure quality improvements
Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, business teams, and stakeholders
- Define test scope, release criteria, and quality benchmarks
- Participate in Agile planning and release cycles
Reporting & Metrics
- Track quality metrics including test coverage, defect leakage, and release quality
- Provide reports and testing updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
✔ 9+ years of Software QA / Testing experience
✔ Hands-on team management experience is mandatory
✔ Strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing
✔ Experience with Selenium, API Testing, Regression, Functional & System Testing
✔ Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodology
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Insurance / Life & Annuities domain experience preferred
⭐ Experience with Firelight/Foresight products is a plus
⭐ Exposure to QA automation frameworks and tools
