Manage civil, infrastructure, interior turnkey, PMC and furniture projects.
Plan manpower, materials, equipment and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors and site teams.
Review 2D/3D drawings and execution plans. Monitor project quality, cost, safety and timelines.
Handle procurement and subcontractor coordination.
Conduct site inspections and project review meetings.
Prepare MIS reports and project progress reports.
Resolve client and site issues.
Drive operational excellence and process improvements.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. MBA is preferred.
