About the Role
D'LIFE Interiors is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage the execution of premium residential interior projects across Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior fit-out projects across Chennai.
- Plan project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Production, Procurement, Installation Teams, Vendors, and Clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and site resources.
- Resolve site-related technical and execution challenges efficiently.
- Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain project documentation and submit regular progress reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure smooth project handover and timely closure of snag points.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality guidelines, and safety procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in residential interior fit-out project management.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation, civil works, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Experience in handling multiple residential interior sites simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Vendor and subcontractor management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai project sites.
