Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, experience in architectural design and drafting, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. You will work closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Conduct preliminary site studies, measurements, and design research.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Assist in developing design development drawings, statutory drawings, approval drawings, and GFC drawings.
- Review construction drawings to ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams during project execution.
- Review shop drawings, material specifications, and construction documentation.
- Research and recommend suitable construction materials and products.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) – Mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- LEED or IGBC Certification (Preferred)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
