Job Title: Customer Service Manager – Automotive

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end workshop and after-sales operations.
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and vehicle turnaround time.
- Ensure smooth handling of repairs, warranty claims, and customer escalations.
- Analyze workshop productivity, revenue performance, and service KPIs.
- Implement standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and after-sales business growth.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in service management within the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of workshop administration and after-sales operations.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, customer relationship, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
