Job Description for Jewelry Sales Manager:
- Plan, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to ensure performance efficiency.
- Conduct product training and grooming sessions for sales staff.
- Coordinate with the marketing and inventory departments for promotions and stock availability.
- Handle key customers (VIP clients) and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and display standards within the showroom.
- Analyze sales performance and submit reports to management.
- Implement customer service standards and ensure team adherence.
- Plan incentive schemes and drive staff motivation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of sales staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in jewelry sales.
- Soft Skills: English knowledge & must have a pleasing personality and grooming.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections and close high-ticket sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with jewelry knowledge and basic computer operations
- Availability: Must be comfortable working on weekends and during festive seasons/exhibitions.
- Education: B.com/Arts Degree Completed Candidates
