Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and train restaurant staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Support inventory management and stock control
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift management
- Monitor cash handling and billing procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Help achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

Qualifications
