Job Title: Automation Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented PLC Engineer to design, develop, and maintain control systems for industrial automation. The candidate will work on programming PLCs, troubleshooting control systems, and ensuring efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, program, and test PLC-based control systems
- Develop automation solutions for industrial processes
- Work with HMI/SCADA systems such as Siemens WinCC.
- Configure and troubleshoot PLCs like Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley PLC
- Perform system integration and commissioning at site
- Diagnose faults and provide technical support for breakdowns
- Maintain and update electrical drawings and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Hands-on experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
- Basic understanding of control panels, sensors, and actuators
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for site work and commissioning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TIA Portal
- Knowledge of drives and motion control systems (VFDs, servo systems)
- Exposure to industrial safety systems and standards
- Experience in industries like manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
