Job Summary
We are looking for a Presales Engineer / Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services. The candidate will support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and assisting in sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT and Cloud solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and solution documents.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for solution design and pricing.
- Support RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and tender submission processes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Assist customers with Cloud, Server, Networking, Security, and Software solutions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, proposals, and quotations.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and closing business opportunities.
- Perform lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and customer follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Maintain customer information, sales records, and CRM updates.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and technology partners.
- Stay updated on the latest IT Infrastructure and Cloud technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Presales, IT Sales Support, or Cloud Services.
- Basic knowledge of:
- AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
- Servers, Storage, Networking, and Virtualization
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Cybersecurity Basics
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing technical proposals and quotations.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: ₹10,642.54 - ₹35,688.88 per month
