Role Summary:
This role involves complete responsibility for solar system design and engineering, including site assessments, layout planning, detailed design documentation, and interdepartmental coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with solar design tools and strong technical skills to support accurate, cost-effective, and compliant project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Site Visit
- Client co-ordination.
- Arranging site visit according to proposal and detail engineering requirement
- Gathering complete data of Roof, structural, electrical require for engineering
2 People Co-ordination
- Arranging client meeting with BD team for presales & postsales
- Co-ordination with internal tech team for data and knowledge transfer
- Co-ordination with HSE & AM dept. for design approval
- Co-ordination with internal operational dept. for data transfer
- Weekly update report preparation and reporting to Regional Manager
3 Detail Engineering
- Maintain OTM, Scope matrix, KOM documents for project reference.
- Generate MDL, Design Report
- Understanding of local Grid Code requirements, international Standards for solar PV systems, and other relevant standards.
- Detail working on Plant layout, SLD and all require GFC. Good command on autocad with all short keys.
- Preparation of BOM, Detail design consideration, Earthing report, ESMS report document
- Component drawing validation submitted by manufacturer
- Client load profile analysis for BESS capacity calculation
- BESS Detail designing including battery chemistry selection, Power converter selection.
- Detail EMS & BMS schematic definition
Battery energy storage design experience.
