Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and courier services.
- Maintain employee records, files, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Monitor inventory of office stationery and other administrative supplies.
- Arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and maintain meeting schedules.
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation, if required.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments in coordination with the Finance team.
- Ensure office facilities, equipment, and assets are properly maintained.
- Maintain attendance records and assist with administrative reports.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in administration or office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Vendor management and coordination skills.
- Documentation and record management.
- Basic knowledge of invoice processing and procurement.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Salary : 15k to 20k
