Roles and Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Record and maintain customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily
Pay: ₹33,643.53 - ₹48,697.36 per month
