We are looking to hire a *Field Sales Executive* for our company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a combined role covering both Dealer Sales and Project Sales, responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through effective dealer network management as well as direct acquisition of large-scale projects.

The role focuses on expanding market presence by strengthening channel partnerships while actively engaging with project clients to drive revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with dealers and distributors to expand the company’s channel network.
Identify, pursue, and secure large-scale project opportunities across commercial, corporate, and institutional segments.
Actively manage both channel sales (through dealers) and direct project sales, ensuring growth across both segments.
Present products and services to dealers, consultants, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
Negotiate commercial terms, finalize contracts, and close deals with both channel partners and direct clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives across dealer and project sales channels.
Maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners and project clients to drive repeat business.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
Travel extensively to meet dealers, partners, consultants, and project clients across assigned territories.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Ability to effectively manage both dealer network sales and direct project sales simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for dealer development and project acquisition.
