About the Role
We are hiring a Packing Supervisor to support daily production activities, packing and dispatch coordination in football section and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper packing quality and quantity standards are maintained.
- Monitor packing materials usage and minimize wastage.
- Manage and guide packing staff for smooth workflow.
- Ensure products are labeled, packed, and dispatched correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the packing area.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for timely operations.
- Prepare daily packing reports and maintain records.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in production or dispatch coordination.
- Good understanding of packaging processes and quality control.
- Ability to handle manpower and meet production targets.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
