A Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is the primary bridge between a company and its clients. Their core mission is to understand client needs, ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and drive business growth through long-term relationship building, customer retention, and targeted upselling or cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term partnerships through regular check-ins and strategic meetings to ensure their evolving business goals are met.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products/services that add value to the client's business.
- Issue Resolution: Act quickly to troubleshoot and resolve complaints, mitigating any risks of losing the account.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments like sales, technical support, and marketing to execute client projects on time and within budget.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills for clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet, brainstorm solutions, and de-escalate stressful situations.
- Data Analysis: Capacity to review client metrics, analyze market trends, and use Salesforce to improve the client journey.
- Negotiation & Sales: Comfort pitching services, negotiating contract terms, and meeting revenue targets.
Typical Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 2-3 years of proven experience in client management, customer success, or sales.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's Media Services offerings and the competitive market landscape.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
