Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can manage site execution and ensure smooth implementation of interior works as per approved drawings. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Important: Candidates must have experience in Luxury Interior Projects and Office/Corporate Interiors only. Experience in Residential Interior Projects will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites regularly and manage interior execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed accurately according to design intent, drawings, and BOQs.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
- Resolve site-related design and execution issues promptly.
- Prepare and update drawings as required during execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and company quality standards.
- Report daily/weekly site progress to the Project Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior site execution.
- Mandatory experience in Luxury Interior Projects and Office/Corporate Fit-Outs.
- Candidates with Residential Interior experience only will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of drawings, materials, and on-site execution processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp/3D software will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under project deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in luxury commercial office interiors and corporate fit-out projects.
- Hands-on experience in site coordination and project execution.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
