About the Role
Socialee is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable guiding prospective candidates throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective candidates regarding programs and opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments
- Maintain candidate records and update databases regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth admission process
- Build strong relationships with prospective candidates
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and counselling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools preferred
- Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills
- Prior experience in counselling, sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
