Profile- Project Head – Real Estate

Job Summary-
The Project Head will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of real estate projects. The role requires overseeing statutory approvals, construction activities, sales coordination, project feasibility studies, fire and safety compliance, and regulatory compliance to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Project Planning and construction management-
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
- Develop project execution plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
Statutory Approvals & Liaison-
- Obtain all statutory approvals required for project development.
- Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities.
Compliance Management-
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Coordinate compliance related to:
- RERA
- Environmental Regulations
- Labour Laws
- Safety Regulations
Fire & Safety Management-
- Coordinate fire safety approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
- Ensure installation and maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Conduct periodic fire safety inspections and compliance reviews.
- Liaise with Fire Department officials for inspections and certifications.
Sales coordination & commercial support-
- Handle the overall functioning of sales team.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team during project planning and execution.
- Provide technical support for project presentations and customer interactions.
- Monitor sales progress against project milestones.
Market Research & Feasibility Analysis-
- Conduct market studies for new project opportunities.
- Analyze market demand, competitor projects, pricing trends, customer preferences, and location potential.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
