- Source and recruit qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions.
- Recruit across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Legal industries.
- Identify, engage, screen, and submit qualified candidates.
- Manage your own recruiting process using your preferred sourcing methods and tools.
- Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market is required.
- An established LinkedIn network with access to U.S.-based professionals.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Social Media, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently deliver qualified candidates.
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no base salary or guaranteed income.
Compensation is paid for successful placements in accordance with our payment terms.
