Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Create daily duty rosters, assign tasks, and conduct shift briefings. Motivate the team, handle attendance, and address performance or conflicts.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct hands-on inspections of guest rooms and common areas to enforce strict sanitation standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and linens, place restocking orders, and track equipment.
- Guest Relations: Promptly resolve guest or patient complaints regarding housekeeping services.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Flag maintenance issues (e.g., faulty lights, plumbing) and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick repairs.
