- Diploma or relevant certificate is preferred
- Experience with plumbing and electrical systems required
- Excellent facility with common hand and power tools
- Ability to communicate well with property management and maintenance
- Willingness to uphold company standards for safety, tenant service and efficiency
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, and megohmmeters) and repair/replace defective wiring, breakers, and controls.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections of electrical panels, transformers, and distribution systems to prevent unexpected system failures.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and arc flash regulations, while correctly utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance reports.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
