Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales for our upcoming solar trading business. The role involves meeting dealers, distributors, contractors, and end customers to promote and sell solar products such as panels, inverters, batteries, and solar pump components.
Industry: Solar Energy / EPC / Trading
Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with strong sales interest can apply)
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Promote and sell solar products (modules, inverters, structures, BOS items)
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Client Handling
- Build relationships with dealers, installers, EPC contractors, and retailers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions
- Conduct product presentations and on-site visits
3. Market Expansion
- Appoint new dealers/distributors in target areas
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Provide feedback to management for pricing and product improvements
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with procurement/logistics for timely delivery
- Maintain daily sales reports and visit reports
- Follow up on payments and collections
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Any stream; Technical preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work
- Basic understanding of solar products (preferred)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in solar / electrical / building materials / industrial sales
- Existing network of dealers or contractors is a plus
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
Pay: ₹10,447.09 - ₹30,000.00 per month
