Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining financial products, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in loan processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain various financial products.
- Generate and qualify leads through company-provided and self-generated databases.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in Excel or CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan application processing and disbursement support.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during all interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling or Sales, preferably in financial services.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Marathi and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and customer data handling.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.

Salary and Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹11,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
