Role: Blue Collar (TA) Hiring Manager
Main Purpose of the Role:
This role supports the HR Operations team of the client. The selected candidate will be responsible for hiring Blue Collar candidates for the Tata Motors Plant at Pune location.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end Blue Collar hiring
Sourcing, screening, and coordinating with stakeholders
Managing open positions with proper tracking and follow-ups
Traveling to ITI institutes to build hiring pipelines and eligible candidate pools
Managing discussions with candidates and hiring managers
Handling team management across multiple locations
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Blue Collar hiring market
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes
Experience in Blue Collar Recruitment
Knowledge of Labour Laws
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, SAP, and MS Office
Experience in hiring NAPS/NATS & Temp workforce will be an added advantage
Ability to manage a team of 15 members across locations
