Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Independently manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned business entity.
- Ensure seamless employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation.
- Develop, review, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook in line with business requirements and statutory regulations.
- Drive HR process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Build talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and cost per hire.
Payroll & Compensation
- Manage monthly payroll inputs, validation, reconciliation, and coordination with payroll partners.
- Ensure accurate salary processing, Full & Final settlements, leave encashment, incentives, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
- Support compensation structuring, salary benchmarking, annual increments, promotions, and internal equity analysis.
- Conduct peer benchmarking and recommend compensation corrections wherever required.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws including:
- EPF
- ESI
- Shops & Establishments Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Maternity Benefit Act
- POSH Compliance
- CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition) (where applicable)
- Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities whenever required.
HRMS & HR Analytics
- Administer HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
- Drive HRMS implementation, enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Generate HR dashboards and MIS reports covering:
- Headcount
- Attrition
- Recruitment
- Payroll
- Attendance
- Leave
- Compliance
- Cost Analysis
- Support management with data-driven HR insights.
Employee Relations
- Build a positive employee experience through proactive engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Support employee welfare activities, insurance administration, medical claims, and engagement programs.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Performance Management & Learning
- Support Performance Management System (PMS) implementation.
- Coordinate goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify competency gaps and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
Policies & HR Governance
- Review and update HR policies periodically.
- Ensure organization-wide implementation of HR policies.
- Draft HR communications, circulars, SOPs, and process documents.
- Ensure HR practices align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and organizational development.
- Support strategic HR initiatives, restructuring, and change management.
- Act as a trusted HR partner for business leaders.
Desired Skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
