Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychologist with an MPhil or PhD in Psychology to provide professional psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic services. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, ethical practice standards, and the ability to work with diverse individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and case history analysis
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Administer and interpret psychological tests and psychometric tools
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records
- Provide crisis intervention and mental health support
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical professionals, educators, or HR teams when required
- Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and mental health programs
- Stay updated with the latest research and therapeutic techniques
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards
Qualification Requirements
- MPhil in Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology (RCI licensed preferred)
- OR
- PhD in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied Psychology)
- Valid professional registration (if applicable as per regulatory authority)Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant clinical or counseling experience (post-qualification)
- Experience in assessment tools and therapy models (CBT, REBT, DBT, etc.)
- Experience working in hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, or corporate settings is an added advantage
