Job Role
We are looking for a Field Executive to find and onboard domestic workers (maids, cooks, babysitters) from local areas.
Responsibilities
- Visit local areas to find maids, cooks, babysitters
- Talk to workers and explain job opportunities
- Collect basic details and register them
- Maintain daily report of workers added
- Build local network and referrals
Requirements
- Assamese + Hindi speaking
- Comfortable with field work
- Good communication skills
- Basic mobile usage (WhatsApp, calls)
- No degree required
