Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and confident CRO Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a result-oriented approach toward customer relationship management and lead conversion. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing client interactions professionally while contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Languages Required: English & Hindi Mandatory
- Kannada: Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle incoming and outgoing client communication professionally
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain proper client records and update CRM data regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing
- Draft professional emails and maintain effective written communication
- Support lead generation and business development activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Achieve assigned customer relationship and conversion targets
- Manage daily tasks efficiently with strong time management skills

- Good typing speed and computer knowledge
- Strong email writing and follow-up skills
