Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics
Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics to lead the development of
people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. This role will partner closely
with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights
that support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with HR data, and
the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
HR Analytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key workforce metrics, including:
Hiring and recruitment performance
Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support business and HR
decision-making.
Produce regular and ad hoc reports for leadership teams.
Workforce Planning & Insights
Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational reviews through data analysis.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent acquisition, retention, and
workforce effectiveness.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance and employee
outcomes.
Data Management & Governance
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.
Partner with HRIS, Technology, and Finance teams to improve data quality and reporting
processes.
Maintain data governance standards and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
