Knowledge of PDF text extraction in legally compliant ways a necessity.
Organize virtual and in-person alumni meets, milestone reunions (20/25/15-year batches), and campus-based events in coordination with departments
Generate impactful alumni content in collaboration with digital media teams
Ensure departments benefit directly from alumni initiatives by fostering internal alignment and collaboration.
Sustain vibrant alumni communities through structured communication, periodic interactions, and strategic relationship management.
Educational Background should include marketing / sales projects, automation projects for sales of intangible ideas, and project management practical courses at UG and ideally at PG level.
Familiarity with LinkedIn necessary.
Sales Navigator and Recruiter highly desirable.
Experience
Experience with Sales Navigator premium types, HubSpot Plus, Zapier or similar and additional tools a big plus.
Use of AI tools for simplifying work a necessity.
Between 10 to 20 Years of Total experience.
Minimum 5 Years of experience Alumni Relations.
Training and Teaching experience are not counted.
Work Location Any one of Amrita University Campuses, especially Amritapuri
