Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to drive regional sales growth for Material Handling Equipment products including forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, reach trucks, and warehouse automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial sales experience, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to lead a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate enquiries and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Develop strategic sales plans to increase market share.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely support.
- Conduct customer visits and recommend suitable MHE solutions.
- Lead and motivate the regional sales team.
- Monitor team KPIs and conduct sales reviews.
- Provide technical sales guidance and coaching to team members.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in industrial sales or material handling equipment.
- Experience in forklifts, warehouse equipment, or industrial products preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Team management and leadership experience.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
