Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to promote active learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
- Evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Montessori Course or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
- Excellent command of pre primary curriculum.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and encourage students.
- Proficiency in classroom management.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for teaching.
