Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of electronics, AS/EN9100 or ISO9001 certified auditor having previous experience as MR, CSSGB/CSSBB, IPC 610/620 CIT or CIS, Exposure to JSS55555, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-1472 & other relevant military standards, FAT, QAP, QT. FAI as per AS9102,

Excellent communication & presentation skills, Strong leadership and team management

Job Responsibility:
1) Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance and control professionals. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the quality team.
2) Creating process control plans, PFMEA, Quality Assurance Plans, Qualification test plans.
3) Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with defence clients and regulatory bodies. Liaoning with customers, DGQA, CQAE(N), CEMILAC, DGAQA, DGNAI, MSQAA for documentation creation & approvals.
4) Ensuring design quality & manufacturing issues are resolved before the products are released.
5) Ensuring incoming, in-process & outgoing quality of products. Supporting & resolving customer queries/complaints post deliveries.
6) Conducting & organising Factory acceptance tests, Environmental & Qualification tests as per the relevant Military standards.
7) Implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
8) Reviews field returns and verifies customer complaints; develops action plan to address discrepancies; communicates with customers as required.
9) Undertaking six sigma improvement project initiatives, leading improvement initiatives such as Gemba, Kaizens,7S & more.
10) Publishing periodic quality reports/dashboard to the top management.
11) Conducting internal audits & supplier audits and ensuring that the NCs are closed on time.
12) Performs other related duties as assigned by the management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Successful & on time completion of FATs, document approvals from customers, RFPY, QMS audits, Acceptance IQC & OQC, First Time Right, Gemba, 7S, Kaizens, Cost saving, Customer feedback, Design improvement feedback

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,746,386.30 per year
