The firm advises NBFCs, banks, corporates, SMEs and financial institutions on regulatory compliance, taxation, audits, corporate laws, risk management and business advisory matters.
We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants who can support our growing NBFC and financial-services advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounting, financial reporting and regulatory compliance assignments for NBFCs and other financial institutions.
- Assist clients with RBI-related compliance, reporting and inspection preparedness.
- Review financial statements, trial balances, ledgers and statutory records.
- Conduct internal audits, statutory audits, compliance reviews and financial due diligence.
- Support preparation and review of RBI returns, regulatory reports and management information systems.
- Assist in credit appraisal, financial analysis, loan documentation and post-disbursement monitoring.
- Review asset classification, income recognition, provisioning and prudential compliance.
- Prepare financial projections, business plans, budgets and cash-flow statements.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective measures.
- Coordinate with client management, auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, observations and client communications.
- Keep track of changes in RBI directions, accounting standards and other financial regulations.
Eligibility and Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Preferably 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in NBFCs, banking, financial services, audit or regulatory advisory will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, financial reporting and audit procedures.
- Knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, drafting and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently.

- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work in a consulting environment and coordinate with clients across India.
- Available to join within a short notice period.
