Experience Required:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in an Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Real Estate firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in architecture and interior design projects.
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Meet prospective clients and present the company's services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the design team during client discussions.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
