Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operational activities across food delivery and restaurant partner operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing teams, monitoring business performance, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise daily operational activities.
- Lead and monitor field executives, coordinators, and operations teams.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate restaurant onboarding and ensure smooth activation.
- Review daily MIS reports and prepare operational performance reports.
- Monitor key business KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Analyse operational data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize processes to improve productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Ensure timely completion of operational targets and service-level commitments.

Qualifications

Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in Operations Management within Food Delivery, Food Service, Restaurant Chains, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in managing multi-location operations will be an added advantage.
