Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the hospital’s oncology and healthcare services, building relationships with doctors and referral networks, increasing patient outreach, and enhancing the hospital’s visibility in the region through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hospital Promotion & Brand Awareness
- Promote hospital services, especially cancer treatment and specialty healthcare services.
- Increase awareness of hospital facilities, treatments, and medical expertise.
- Represent the hospital at healthcare events, camps, and awareness programs.
2. Field Marketing & Outreach
- Visit clinics, diagnostic centers, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals to build referral relationships.
- Coordinate with local doctors and healthcare consultants for patient referrals.
- Conduct regular field visits in Darbhanga and nearby districts.
3. Organizing Health Camps & Events
- Plan and execute health check-up camps, cancer awareness drives, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate with local organizations, schools, NGOs, and institutions for awareness programs.
4. Patient Relationship Development
- Maintain strong communication with patients and attendants.
- Support patient counseling teams in awareness and service promotion.
5. Digital & Offline Marketing
- Assist in social media promotions, WhatsApp campaigns, posters, brochures, and advertisement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials.
6. Market Research & Reporting
- Track competitor hospital activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports.
- Share performance updates with management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing / healthcare marketing preferred.
- Fresher candidates with strong communication skills may also apply.
