Job Description Summary

Motivated and detail-oriented Sales specialist to join the Commercial Real Estate Leasing team. The role primarily involves supporting the reporting manager in day-to-day business development, client servicing, and transaction execution activities. About the Role:

Assist the reporting manager in business development activities, including research, lead generation, and client outreach.
Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and financial analysis for clients.
Conduct market research on commercial real estate trends, rental values, vacancy levels, and upcoming supply.
Coordinate with landlords, developers, and clients to schedule property inspections and meetings.
Maintain and update databases, trackers, and CRM systems with client interactions and property details.
Assist in drafting Letters of Intent s), lease agreements, and other transaction documentation.
Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth execution of leasing transactions.
Work closely with internal teams (legal, research, finance) for transaction support and client deliverables.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders while representing the organization professionally.

About You:

Work experience within the Real Estate Leasing segment / Bhive Co-working Offices.
Early stage in the career and eager to learn the commercial real estate business.
Strong written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Team player, comfortable supporting a reporting manager while gradually taking ownership.
