As an Event Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. This role requires individuals with impeccable manners, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, assisting them with seating and general inquiries.
- Provide attentive and discreet service, anticipating guest needs before they are expressed.
- Serve food and beverages with precision and elegance, adhering to established service standards and etiquette.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of event menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, to confidently answer guest questions.
- Ensure tables and service areas are immaculately set up, maintained, and cleared throughout the event.
- Handle special requests and dietary requirements efficiently and professionally, coordinating with kitchen and event management as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the entire event team, including chefs, servers, and event coordinators, to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the brand with excellence.
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and courteously, escalating to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown as required.
