Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to connect with school leaders, college administrators, and parents to introduce our student development and learning solutions. The role involves outbound calling, relationship building, lead qualification, appointment setting, and converting prospects into customers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with principals, school management teams, college leadership, counselors, and parents, while effectively communicating the value of our programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesSchool & College Outreach
- Contact principals, vice principals, directors, deans, HODs, and other academic leaders through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Introduce the organization's programs and identify opportunities for institutional partnerships.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for the business development team.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions.
Sales & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up.
- Meet monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and enrollment targets.
- Generate reports on outreach activities and conversion metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Counseling, Admissions, Business Development, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Confidence in speaking with senior education leaders and parents.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Preferred Experience
- EdTech, education services, training institutes, schools, colleges, or admissions counseling.
- Experience selling learning programs, certifications, workshops, or student development initiatives.
- Experience working with institutional sales or B2B education partnerships.

Pay: ₹12,182.86 - ₹45,298.49 per month
