Eligible Criteria: Students / Non Graduate / Graduate with Good Communication Skills.
Job Location: Kauvery Hospital, Alwarpet, Chennai - Onsite Job
Shift Timings:
Morning : 08 am to 12 pm
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify the needs of patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Ensure to follow the service script provided by the company for uniformity.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the patients and analyze the data.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to ₹7,000.00 per month
