Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive student enrollments, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the EdTech industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through educational institutions, corporate partnerships, referrals, and field activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and other partners.
- Manage and convert high-quality leads into student enrollments.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales and counseling teams to maximize performance.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development or Sales, with EdTech experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
- Experience using CRM software and preparing sales reports.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
