Roles & Responsibilities
- Process customer orders received from MT, Q-Com and E-Commerce channels.
- Validate order quantities, pricing, stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely order entry and processing in ERP.
- Plan daily dispatches based on customer priorities and inventory availability.
- Allocate stock to customers to maximize Fill Rate and service levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely execution.
- Track and improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Sales KAMs regarding order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with MT, Q-Com, and E-Commerce customers for order-related queries.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate, preferably with an MBA/PGDM or related degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Customer Service, Distribution Planning or Order Management preferably in the FMCG/Food/Dairy industry.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
