Hydrokraft GLC is looking for a proactive Packing / Assembly Line Incharge to manage assembly and packing operations efficiently. The role requires strong critical thinking, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage and motivate a large unskilled workforce while implementing systems and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily assembly and packing line activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage workforce allocation and productivity.
- Develop and implement systems for improved efficiency and accountability.
- Monitor line performance and identify process bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain production records and performance reports.
- Train workers on standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Foster discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing assembly or packing operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to handle and motivate unskilled or semi-skilled manpower.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer goods, kitchenware, drinkware, stainless steel products, or related manufacturing industries.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Production, or related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
