We're looking for a confident, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Executive who enjoys speaking with clients, building relationships, and closing deals.
What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other outreach channels.
- Understand client requirements and present Raik's services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings.
- Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain client interactions in a CRM or tracking sheet.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confidence in talking to international clients.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of websites, mobile apps, or digital services is a plus (training will be provided).
