Job Title: HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle the complete HR function, including Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Payroll Coordination, Attendance & Leave Management, HRMS Administration, Training & Development, Policy Implementation, Employee Engagement, and Exit Management.
The candidate must have strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act, disciplinary procedures, and HR audits. Hands-on experience with HRMS software and managing end-to-end HR processes is mandatory.
Requirements:
- MBA (Mandatory)
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience
- Expertise in Recruitment and Core HR Functions
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance
- Experience in HRMS, Payroll, and Employee Lifecycle Management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
